Data Room - FAQ List

Secure access to company information for invited investors and strategic partners.

The PlanBridge Investor Data Room is a secure online portal for invited investors and strategic partners to review confidential company information. It is organized to support due diligence by providing structured access to company materials, product information, financial documents, legal materials, and related updates.

Access is limited to approved users who have been invited, registered, and accepted the required confidentiality terms. Each user must access the data room through their own individual account so activity can be properly tracked and protected.

No. Please do not share login credentials. Each person who needs access should have their own account. This protects confidential information, preserves activity tracking, and helps ensure that each user is bound by the applicable access and confidentiality terms.

Please contact PlanBridge with that person’s name, organization, role, and email address. If approved, they will receive their own access credentials and will need to complete the required registration and confidentiality process.

Yes, professional advisors may be granted access when appropriate. Each advisor must be approved separately and must use their own account. Depending on the stage of review, they may also need to accept the NDA or other confidentiality terms before receiving access.

If your organization requires its own NDA or has already executed a separate confidentiality agreement, please contact PlanBridge before proceeding. We can review the existing agreement and determine whether it satisfies the requirements for data room access or whether a separate agreement is still needed.

Please send your questions through the contact channel provided on the site. If legal review is required, you may include your attorney or request that your attorney be added as a separate approved user.

After the NDA is completed and processed, your access level may be updated to include additional data room materials. In some cases this may happen automatically; in others, an administrator may review and approve the access change.

Use the password reset option on the login page first. If that does not resolve the issue, contact support with your name, email address, and organization so we can verify your account and restore access.

Access permissions may vary by document and access level. Some materials may be view-only, while others may be available for download. Unless PlanBridge has expressly authorized it, documents should not be copied, forwarded, redistributed, photographed, or shared outside the approved review team.

The data room may display recent document changes or updated dates within the portal. You may also receive direct communication if an important document has been added or materially updated.

Access may be limited by review stage, NDA status, user role, or the duration of the opportunity. PlanBridge may modify, suspend, or revoke access if the review period ends, if access is no longer needed, or if the confidentiality terms are not followed.

Please contact PlanBridge and identify the document, section, or issue as specifically as possible. We will review the request and either provide clarification, update the material, or explain whether the information is not currently available.

Use the contact or support option provided on the website. For faster assistance, include your name, organization, the email address tied to your account, and a brief description of the issue.
